Joe, you are indeed very fast as our shipment had only arrived in Hong Kong 2 days ago...
The batch of DFI captive bred Blood reds are indeed very good quality. But since they are only 5 inches, its kind of hard to grade them.
And when you compare Blood reds to Chilli reds, yes, Blood reds tend to develop their colour slightly earlier. However, individual fishes do differ.
Hence, base your selection on the actual fish that you like. Compare and contrast, that is.
