Appreciate your support of our fishes.
Since the Rose Gold which you had bought is only 5-6 inches, it would be better to keep it in a light blue or clear tank first. Wait till it is 8-9 inches, then keep it in a darker tank or better still, maintain it in a light blue surrounding.
Diet wise, we only feed frozen and thawed small fishes. No live foods are given. As for lighting, I guess a few hours each day would suffice.
